Purchases

Open Phone → Settings → Restore Purchase. Include the product name, approximate purchase date, iOS version, and any Apple error message in a support request. Never send payment-card details or an Apple ID password.

Report an ad

Use Phone → Settings → Report an Ad. Include a screenshot, advertiser or product name, approximate date/time and timezone, and what was wrong. Do not interact with an unsafe ad just to collect evidence.

The Wire

Use Report or Block on the player's Wire profile. A report blocks the player immediately. For an appeal, include the displayed player ID or report ID and a short explanation. Never send the secret Wire credential.

Privacy and deletion

Use The Wire → Delete Wire Profile to permanently remove the active multiplayer profile. This does not delete the local campaign or Apple purchase. Email Support for a privacy request and describe the request and country/state; the publisher may need a privacy-preserving way to verify control of the profile.
