Posted Terms of Use

These terms supplement Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. The publisher is Kirk Philip Dickey Jr and the support contact is kaperboybusiness@gmail.com.
Game license
Posted is licensed for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Players may not reverse engineer the online service, interfere with security, automate abuse, sell accounts or virtual items for real-world value, use the app for unlawful conduct, or claim ownership of the app or its assets.
Accounts and online service
Account names are public character names. Players are responsible for keeping passwords secure and for activity under their account. Online features may change, be limited, or be unavailable. Virtual progress and items have no guaranteed cash value and may be corrected when created through exploits, fraud, or service errors.
Posted Supporter purchase
Posted Supporter is an optional, non-consumable purchase processed by Apple. It permanently unlocks the cosmetic Closet/transmog feature and removes automatic ads for the purchasing Apple Account, subject to Apple’s purchase, restore, refund, and Family Sharing rules. It does not grant stats, currency, loot, XP, combat power, tradable value, or ownership of game assets. The app obtains the localized price from the App Store and provides Restore Purchase without charging again.
Advertising
The free iOS app may show clearly dismissible third-party interstitial ads at gameplay transitions. Ad availability, frequency, and content can vary. Players must not be required to tap an ad to continue. Posted Supporter removes automatic ads while its current App Store entitlement is active. Inappropriate ads can be reported through Options → Advertising → Report an Ad.
Player content
A player who submits a name, chat message, report, or other content represents that they have the right to submit it and grants the publisher a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license solely to host, transmit, filter, moderate, and otherwise use that content to operate and protect Posted. This license ends when the account and associated content are deleted, except for limited records retained for an active safety, fraud, appeal, or legal matter as described in the Privacy Policy.
Safety and enforcement
Players must follow the Community Standards. The publisher may filter content, remove content, limit features, rename accounts, invalidate suspicious activity, mute, suspend, or ban accounts to protect players and the service.
Availability and liability
Posted is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. The publisher does not promise uninterrupted operation or preservation of local-only saves. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
